RMC75 & RMC150 MOTION CONTROLLERS

CMA is the Authorised Australian distributor for Delta Motion Controllers. CMA provides full sales, service and support for the complete range of the Delta RMC controllers. These are designed specifically to interface with hydraulic servo and hydraulic proportional systems and so CMA are in a unique position in Australia to be able to be able to support both the electronic control system and the hydraulic systems.

• The delta controller can provide smooth and accurate pressure and position control in all hydraulic applications. Delta controllers can be supplied with Ethernet, PROFIBUS and RS-232 communications

A recently commissioned CMA applications was an upgrade to an old brake press. The press structure was sound and so CMA upgraded the hydraulic system, installed cylinder position transducers, RMC controller, touch screen operator interface, light curtains with a safety plc.  This gave the customer a brake press with the performance of a new press, the robustness of a traditional press’ and a cost saving over buying a new press.

• The RMC75 was integrated with a safety PLC to meet operator guarding requirements.CMA can build the system to either Cat 3 or Cat 4 safety requirements.
